Would it be okay to take milk thistle with a colon cleanse?

I’ve finally got alot of the vitamin c out of my system and my skin is starting to return to its color but i notice that when the toxins i put in my body are being flushed, they come thru my skin and turn my skin an off color.

would the milk thistle combat this?

    I suggest you consult a doctor for this. What I have read about milk thistle or silymarin is that it is taken as a supplement for the liver to prevent toxins from entering the liver cells. Milk thistle helps improve liver function and it is a strong antioxidant. But since it is non-toxic and has no overdose, I guess it will not hurt you to take it. But get medical advice.
