limegreenrox4sure asked: I’m thinking about starting to take Pur-Hoodia Plus and Puranol dietary supplement and I have been taking Sprintec 28 oral contraceptive. I’ve done a little research and it doesn’t look like I have anything to worry about but I just wanted to see if anyone knew anything about these or if they would interact or reduce the effectiveness of my birth control.
Or if anyone has tried either of these, let me know how they worked for you!

Save your money. The “Hoodia” companies claim that their products will help you lose weight, but in reality, according to the 60 Minutes report on Hoodia, none of these Hoodia companies is really selling the real thing–there’s little or no hoodia in these products.
