I am taking colon clenz now . And I have not had any real weight loss from it. I have not had as much trouble with my stomach as before. Still get headaches. energy about the same.

I don’t think that’s a good idea you should check with your doctor on that.

A colon cleanse will not help with anything - except for making the manufacturer rich.
