You can make a homemade enema which works wonders. You fill one quart of water (4 cups or 32oz ) and 2 level TEAspoons of non iodized sea salt. You drink it all at once, for me, I have to take about 10 min for all but you can do it. After about 30-45 minutes you WILL have to use the restroom and about every 4 minutes after that. It is amazing and the relief is unbelievable.
