Any of the brands curb your appetite
Chinese Green Tea. Most health food shops stock good ones. I got organic tea called Clipper from a shop in the Blanchardstown centre but basically all green tea will contain some of the benefits of Chinese tea. Tesco’s generally stock a good organic range.
Good luck with it…….
Diet Lipton Green Tea with Lemon.
It’s yumilicious!
I was watching this thing on the HIstory Channel yesterday and it said that Green Tea is good for all purposes and does help with losing weight. I love it. Green Tea and water are the only fluids that I drink.
There are a lot of green tea’s on the market and most of them are good for dieting. I personally like to use Celestial Seasonings. They all taste pretty good (except the plain one) and they work wonderfully. You can buy them from most grocery stores, and definitely from a health food store. You can also purchase directly from their website. Traditional Medicinals also makes a high quality tea. You can find these in most health food stores, or buy from the web also.
No need to drink any special “dieters” hyped brand of green tea. You’re OK sticking w/ major brands “off the shelf” that are not altered or decaf. This way you know you’re getting the full dose of the beneficial compounds in the tea, like antioxidants and ECGC, the weight loss compound you are looking for. As always, organic is best because of pesticide use and soil quality. http://greenteanation.com/forums/thread/1531.aspx
Try Fuze green or white tea. The only ingredients it contains is green tea and honey. Any tea without high fructose corn syrup will be good for you.
