Definitely the Hoodoba product because it’s been proven to contain 100% authentic hoodia gordonii. Hoodoba only uses the aerial stems in their products so you are getting 750mg of “aerial stem” hoodia gordonii.
The Hoodia Liquid Extreme product probably doesn’t even contain 100% authentic hoodia gordonii - and even if it does you’re only getting 250mg vs. 750mg in the Hoodoba product.
