All tea is “diet”..
there is no fat in any tea..
maybe you are thinking about sugar.. which you control the amount of sugar you add to tea..
My brand is either lipton or twinings green tea with mint.. the mint just adds a hint of freshness that cuts out the bitterness of the green taste.. You dont have to use as much sugar, or use honey or artificial sugar substitues..
I drink a green tea called Slimatee (ideal Health). it is a slimmers green tea and it has helped me, you can get it from holland and barrett depending where you live. you should also try Lemon and Lime tea (Health & Healther) that is good in clearing your system. DO NOT ADD SUGAR
Home-brewed tea or Trader Joe’s 100% green tea with no sugar added top the list. There is no saturated fat in green tea, so don’t worry about that. The enemy in most green tea drinks you’ll find like Arizona, Lipton, Snapple, etc., is high-fructose corn syrup (it’s the father of all dietary evil; trans fats being the mother). HFCS causes weight gain and messes with your cholesterol levels — not good. Flavored green tea is OK as long as it doesn’t contain sugar or HFCS, and diet green tea that doesn’t have any HFCS in it is OK too.
