What is the difference between Nutrisystem silver plan, regular plan, for men and for women?

My grandfather bought nutrisystem. (two months worth) and he lost 20 lbs in one month on it, but what I want to know is: Will it work for me? I’m young and female, but does it matter?

    The silver plan is for old people, and the regular plan is for young people… choose regular plan for women..
