Nutrisystem Nourich was their 2007 product branding. In 2008 they ‘reformulated’ some of their foods (I think that means changing the percent of fat or protien or sodium, etc) and changed their daily plans a little bit. They also discontinued a number of items and introduced a few new ones. Supposedly they will be having more new items on the Advanced plan coming out during the course of the year.

I’ve been doiing Nutrisystem for just under 7 months now and have lost 63 of the 70 pounds I wanted to lose when I started. The foods not great and a few things are awful, but some items are OK and people can customize their orders to get only what they like best.
