    Diet pills contain so much caffeine that when I take them it makes me feel like my heart is going to explode.

    i owuld try the diet pill “NV”…i used it and i felt the effects immediatly…just remember to have a good diet while you are taking the pills…and be careful because they have a lot of caffene in them so you wont be able to fall asleep if you take them during dinner….good luck!

    no diet pills, surgery, or strenuous excercise is required. Just stay active, take the stairs instead of the elevator, eat small meals (snacks), and do at 15 minutes a day of light cardio or weight lifting.

    none of them are right. Stick with water, dont eat after six, stay away from meat, junk food, fast food, and salads with greens and fruits are your new friends.

    lose 1 pound a week for a safe result, and it will take you a year to do this. no easy way to do this :) good luck

    i did pretty good at weight watchers but i take meds that cause weight gain so i had to quit. my dr recommended alli. i’ve been afraid to take it because i heard it may cause diarhea and oily discharge. plus the fact that it’s expensive. i may go ahead and bite the bullet and try it soon.

    exercise!!! Yoga is a good stretch and take a walk daily. drink LOTS of water. take a super b complex vitamin to speed up your metabolism. DONT RELY ON DIET PILLS…NONE of them are good for you!!

    The best way to lose weight is eat small meal every two hours. Each meal must contain fresh fruit, vegetables and salads. As you lose the amount of weight that is your target, you can change from every two-hour to every three-hour.

    I don’t know about diet pills, but if you really want to lose weight, you should workout. If you don’t wanna go to a gym walk at least a mile a day, and eat fruits and vegetables.

    Ok first off if you have high blood pressure you can not take a weight lost pill. After saying that I would recommend Lipo 6. I asked the guy that works at GNC and he said that Lipo 6 was the best for women. My hubby also took Lipo 6 and and he lost alot of weight during the time he took it. Just remember when taking a weight lost pill you need to drink plenty of water lay off the sodas and coffee anything that has caffine since the weight lost pill already has caffine in it. you need to exercise. I am now taking Lipo 6 I go for a run/jog three times a week and three days a week I do a ab workout. I quit drinking sodas and started to eat healthier and I have already lost like 3 lbs in over a week.
