    You can use some diet pills but I do not think they are healthy . You should just keep your diet and lose weight in a healthy way .
    It is not more important to have a light body than having a healthier body
    Losing much weights at once may harm your body badly .

    Diet pills are NOT a good idea. They can have very adverse effects on your body, and if they worked, we’d all be skinny and doctors would hand them out by the bottleful.

    Green tea is supposed to help kick up your metabolism. Work out on days that you aren’t personal training — even just a nice walk. Be strict on your diet. Buy a flattering, aline dress.

    Not what you want to hear, but you have a little one to look after and the last thing you want to do is risk your health.

    You get sick if you lose weight too quickly. Try Weight Watchers diet, it’s easy and quick enough. In three week you lose a lot, you don’t get poisoned and you eat enough not to starve.

    I’ve always heard that diet pills are not the best things to take. My two cents is to forget using them. Losing weight quickly is dangerous. A healthy weight loss rate would be 1-2 lbs. a week. So, in 3 weeks, the most you’d lose is 3-6 lbs. If anything, try adding 30 minutes of brisk walking 3X a week to your personal training sessions for a total of 6X a week exercise until the wedding. Stay healthy!
