Usually gets you like seriously drowsy the next morning.

I would go to the doctor & get a prescription for cymbalta or lunestra.

I am a physician and can tell you that there are no good diet pills. The best way to lose weight is through exercise and a good diet. Drink lots of water and grapefruit juice(has been shown to burn fat). If you cut out all “in-between” meals and eat three meal per day, this will be of great help. When dieting, remember, you do not want to lose more than 3-4 pounds per month. The loss of more will probably be gained back and is unhealthy to lose more.

Let’s face it, if there were pills that could make us skinny, wouldn’t everyone in this world be SKINNY!!! LOL ! Think about it!

For this one go and talk to your doctor cause there are many diet pills out there that can really do damage to your body. You have a lot to take into factor when you going to start using diet pill. You have to think about you weight, if you have any medical problems, how you eat, how much exercise you get, and also what can it do to your body in a long term effect just to name a few. So do not listen to any one but you doctor cause diet pills act differently for every person.

The only OTC weight loss aid that does anything worthwhile is Alli, which was only recently FDA approved for OTC sales.

The pill acts on the digestive system. It is not an appetite suppressant. It will not interfere with sleep. Personally, I love it.

Alli can only be helpful if you’re on a low-fat diet, as per the instructions. When the capsule breaks down in your digestive system, it binds with fat you’ve consumed, to block absorption of 25% of the fat you eat, allowing you to lose weight 50% faster than you would, without it. The instructions tell you to adhere to a low-fat diet, and their definition of low-fat is rediculously generous (easily 10 times more fat than I consume on a typical day.)

If used correctly, there are no side effects. But, if you take it with a high fat diet, you’ll be severely punished (by what feels like a riot in your digestive system, and oily orange sludge leaking from your rectum.)

If you’re seriously committed to losing weight, Alli will help you significantly. If you’re not seriously committed to losing weight, nothing will help you.

For me acomplia has been the best. phentermine also showed good results, but i started to get addicted and it had way too nasty side effects.
happy not to have any sides with acomplia so far.
I am losing a pound or few every week.
It is very popular in UK, Germany and many other countries worldwide. Not so much in the US yet.
This is good site for Acomplia info if anyone’s interested
