What is a good fat burner for cutting body fat that does not have multiple side effects.?

I have been taking Venom hyperdrive and man what a strong pill. The side effects suck especially for men. Is there any good fat burner out there that isn’t a huge stimulant? As a guy I want to cut weight(body fat) not lose pounds because I am over weight.

    Just heard about this product called, trim-blast, goggle it. It’s natural and people report great results.

    The best fat burner out there is moderate cardio and weights. Even push-ups and crunches will help you burn fat.

    I am a big opponent of drug assisted weight loss and weight gain. There are so many natural choices out there, why settle for drugs? Go to gym, start running on the treadmill, pump some iron, play basketball, jump ropes, just to name a few.
    Don’t shortcut this. Do it the right way.

    Pretty much all of the ‘fat burner’ type stuff out there is meant to increase your metabolism, so they share many of the same side effects.

    Scarier still, these products are NOT regulated! They may not even contain the ingredients they claim, or may contain them in wildly inaccurate quantities. Or they could contain various unlisted ingredients that cause even more negative effects. Some studies have tested these products & got alarming results.

    It’s really healthiest to do it naturally, & your results will look & feel best in the long run. Eat smart & balanced, try to avoid processed foods, & perhaps try increasing your intake of lean protein. I know, not as snazzy as ‘Venom hyperdrive’, but hey… venom is another word for poison. Food for thought.

    There are some natural supplements that can help your body cut fat. You won’t feel all crazed & jittery like on metabolic enhancers, but if you continue training, you’ll notice enhanced results.

    CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is one. You can buy it in capsule form, & also get it from eating eggs, dairy, & meat, especially beef & lamb. Organic, free-range meat & dairy have been shown to have 6x more CLA than the usual stuff, so it’s worth a trip to Whole Foods, imho, or wherever you can go to buy quality, drug-free meat & dairy.

    L-Carnitine is another; it’s a form of amino acid. You can get it in capsule form, & also get it from food, especially red meat, dairy, & nuts & seeds (as well as some green leafy veggies).

    Branched chain amino acid (BCAA) is a 3rd nutritional supplement that can help with body composition.

    All the metabolic crap *are* stimulants… that’s how they do what they do. But with all the natural, healthy ways to make one’s body strong & sculpted, why bother? :)

    Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

    no bread
    no burgers
    No candy
    No chips
    no corn
    no fried foods
    No pasta
    No pizza
    No potatoes
    No sodas
    No sugar
    No energy drinks
