I tried it and I found the food to be just ok. Nothing great, not that I expected it to be. But what got me to quit it was the variety was lacking, and the price was high. If you wanted better food you had to pay more. I did ediets.com and their recipied worked and were really good. I lost 20 pounds but then got pregnant. I have been thinking about rejoining them or Weight watchers online. It is better than Nutri-system, in my opinion.
My wife and I both tried nutrisystem and stuck with it strictly for one month. We both lost weight,11 pounds for me and 6 pounds for my wife. 2 months after going off of it, despite eating healthily and exercising, we had gained all of it back and then some.
