And you dont always have to feel full after you eat, you dont want to expand your stomach too much. After a while, you will feel more full eating less
Drink A LOT of water before and after the meal, it will fill you up so quickly that you will fill really full. also keep a bottle of water next to you at all times. that way anytime you get thirsty you dont have to open the refrigerator and see all the options available. i dont know about you, but my mouth gets watery just looking at a potential meal.
Make a salad or a green vegetable.
The human body takes 20 minutes to recognize that it is full. Eat slower, supplement with water, and if you still feel hungry, eat something good for you like a piece of fruit or some fat-free yogurt.
