i signed up for a gym near my apartment WoW (work out world) and had a friend who worked there be my trainer… lost 60 pounds in a little less then a year… also changed the way i eat
I’ve had great success with Weight Watchers. I joined online in mid-April and have since lost a little over 35lbs. I found it very easy to stick to. The flex plan was great for me, because I was able to eat all the foods that I love. They teach how to balance what you eat, not cut everything out. And you don’t have to purchase their foods, although they do offer it if you’d want to make your point choices a little quicker and easier. If your concern is money. I do have the formula for figuring up your daily points allowance and there is a FREE points calculator here:. I can email you the points formula if you’d like. Good Luck to you.
