thanks skeet, I have lost 4 pounds so far and only been doing it for 2 weeks just getting sick of Jacket potatoes and Tuna Sandwiches, Lol.

My friend told me this recipe a few years ago and everyone loves it.
Take a chocolate cake mix, add 1 can pumpkin & 1 cup water. Pour into 9X13 greased pan. Bake 35 mins. Slice into pieces and top with fat free cool whip and drizzle chocolate syrup over that. She said a small piece is about 2 points. This cake turns out like a fudge brownie. Don’t tell anyone it was made with pumpkin. For a change, use a vanilla cake mix and add a little nutmeg & pumpkin spice.

If you get your membership on-line, you can not only search like 10,000 recipes, but also convert your current favorite recipes.
I know it’s a little overwhelming when you start…but that’s why good planning and being creative with your menus is so helpful!
In my mind the worse 4 letter word that can be said is ‘diet’
Eat as much of your own cooked meals as you can boil, grill or bake try using a wok eat raw washed veg
Change your eating habits for a life time & look at it as a plus if you stay the same for a week
If you fancy some think & you know you should not have it because of your ‘points’ I think you should have just a small amount to stop any craving
WW is very good learn to use their converters for your ‘points’ & portions this way you will have your own ‘cook’ book in no time
Look at losing a little weight a week that way it will stay off Very Good Luck let us all know how you are getting on from time to time that may help
