It was so hard for me to look into her little face and see the disappointment there because I was too fat and overweight to play with her. I saw this look of sadness from my little baby girl and it just broke me down. I never thought that I would ever feel this way. All on account of my own laziness, my sweet baby girl is disappointed in me.

I had more energy and I was losing weight, which put me close to my goal of being able to play with my little girl without seeing the disappointment in her eyes.

Now, I’ll fast forward to the final month. I am now at my three month time, 90 days to be exact. Not only have I reached my goal of losing all the weight, but I’ve put on muscle and can even see a six pack coming on. I’m a new man and a new Daddy. I’m enjoying life as it should be because I’ve vacated that stupid couch and play with my daughter and experience life more. I don’t know where I would be if I didn’t find P90X, probally sitting on that couch waisting away, getting worse ever day.

I’ll never put myself, or my family through that again so I can be around to enjoy and watch my daughter grow up. My daughter just informed me that a superhero on the cartoon she was watching reminds her of me. I couldn’t help but tear up because my little girl was finally proud of me again all thanks to the P90X workout program.
