Miranda asks: I start Nutrisystem
weight loss plan on Monday. I plan on eating cooked broccoli, spinach, and green beans for my veggies this week. What can I season them without using butter and salt? I could eat it plain but I really don’t want to……….Also, what salad dressings are you guys using on your salad?

I would try those flavor sprinkle stuff…
I always put a little soy sauce on it….like, if you have a bowl of veggies, I always add a tsp of the sauce on the bottom, so when I steam it, it rises through all the fruit (obviously lolz). For salad dressing, I always eat it plain since I only like the Ranch and the creamy dressings are the worst for you. If you want a healthy salad dressing use oil and vinegar but if you NEED to have creamy you should get the dressing that you can “spritz” on…I thinks its 1 calorie per “spritz”……
