I no its not a “miracle drink”. I no that it is good for me and should be included in a healthy lifestife. I want to no HOW MUCH i should drink.

Drink a cup, and see how that goes….once your body gets use to it, u can drink one in the morning and one at night!! green tea is good for u!!
Consult your doctor before trying any diet. i would not recommend drinking green tea because it is high caffeine.
try a light exercise program, dips, pull-up and push-ups, 4 sets times 20 reps.

Don’t listen to that jackass that said green tea is not good. if you’re concerned about caffeine, chose decaffinated but choose hot tea instead of cold tea cuz cold tea doesn’t work. or get green tea capsules and drink two of those with every meal, which works better.
Green tea had anti-oxidants in it and is very good for. I don’t think that is will make you loose weight, and even if it does, most likely it will be water weight. You can incorporate it into a healthy life style because it’s good for you - not a miracle drink

Seriously, if you want to lose 15 pounds, start walking. In his book “Walk Yourself Thin” David Rives states that if you walk for 15 minutes EVERYDAY without changing your diet you would never gain another pound of excess fat. If you walk for an hour a day everyday you would lose about 100 pounds in a year without changing your diet.
Leslie Sansone in her Walk Away the Pounds exercise tapes states that walking 30 minutes a day EVERYDAY will cause you to lose about 20 pounds in one year without dieting.
