Day Six of Diet
Eat soup once today. Beef and vegetables will take over most of your diet while staying strictly away from baked potatoes. Make sure that you don’t eat any baked potatoes for today and stick only to a beef and vegetables diet.
Day Seven
On the last day, you can now upgrade to eating brown rice and as much vegetables as you want. Howver, you’re drink will still be limited to water.
