i tried nutri system… right now im on jenny craig, and the food at jenny craig is a lot better, so i suggest jenny craig
Both NutriSystem and Jenny Craig are good, but here’s the problem: Do you want to eat NutriSystem or Jenny Craig food for the rest of your life? That’s what it’ll take if you want to lose the weight and keep it off. If you think you can do either diet just until you lose the weight, think again. If you’re overweight there’s a reason for it, and that reason is you don’t eat right and you don’t get enough exercise. So if you go on a temporary diet and then go back to your old habits, you’ll gain all the weight back — plus interest.
To answer your question: I would recommend Jenny Craig for women and NutriSystem for men, but before you start the program start thinking about what you’re going to do once you’ve lost the weight to keep it off. Believe me, as you get older your diet has a lot more to do with your weight than exercise. Believe me, I know — I was gaining weight despite increasing my physical activity, but once I got my diet in order the pounds started dropping off. So do yourself a favor and think about making permanent changes in your eating and exercise habits so you can kiss the extra weight goodbye permanently.
