I cannot afford to sign up for weight watchers, so I was wondering if there are any free online resources to help me do it on my own. My friend has a book so I already know that I have a 22 daily point total, but I can’t ask him about every thing I eat.

And any advice on weight watchers?

   You can use this calculator to calculate points. You find the info on the packaging.

   If you are thinking of doing the “core” program, do a search on “Core foods list” and you should find a some lists.
