Forget it. Eat right, drink water (right) and your colon will be healthy. If you really want to clean it out, get a colonoscopy. I work for a physician who does them and they will tell you what to get before, guarantee you it will be clean when you go in for the procedure.
Just put 1/2 a cup of baking soda into a warm bath and soak for about 15 - 20 minutes ……………. beautifull cleanser!! Will also make your skin noticeably smoother and softer. BTW, if you also reduce the amount of processed and sugar laden, youth and vitality destroying foods you are consuming and include more fresh fruit and vegies, fish and lean meats, reduce your intake of dairy (increase intake of calcium rich foods such as broccolli, kale, spinach, chard, tuna and salmon), wholegrain breads and cereals and nuts and seeds and pure filtered water then you’ll have a much more efficient digestive system and will also look and feel a lot better!!

Caffeinne-packed coffee isnt the healthiest way to go but it definitely will cleanse your colon. High fiber foods and pills on a regular basis also work.
