It took nine months for your body to get that way. It’s not going to back to almost the way it was overnight. When my now eight month old daugther was only a month old, I was still wearing my maternity clothes, really just my jeans and pants. I could fit into my bigger blouses. I couldn’t even fit into my 14s until she was three months old. I was patient. I had more important things to worry about then whether or not I lost the weight right away. I exclusively breast feed, which probably helped. I also eat nothing but whole real foods and I don’t deny myself anything because it’s what I choose to eat.

I really don’t think anybody is expecting you to look “perfect” right away. Sure the Hollywood people do because they over pay for plastic surgery trainers, etc. I don’t think it’s worth it.

Also, my rule of thumb since I knew I was pregnant and now that I’m breastfeeding is that if I don’t think it’s safe for my baby, I don’t consume it. It’s not worth the chance. Also, I’m betting that the diet pills are more gimmick than anything else. The fine print in all of the ads say with diet and exercise. Go figure.
