I am so undecliplined that I eat pretty much whatever.
So am I the type that needs structure and a program to tell me when to eat and what to eat to lose weight?
I do run 3 times a week but doesn’t help.

Its impossible.
Sincerely,
the Nutrisystem guys and gals.
Actually, you can but its a long time life style change.
You should keep a list of what you eat and drink everyday for a week. Then look what you should cut out and then do not buy it. Look at calorie count and fat content on everything you do buy. Water is better than diet soda, and diet soda is better than reg soda. Infact anything is better than reg soda.
Eat three or four common sense meals a day. Diet should contain more fruit and vegetables than you would like to eat. If you need to snack: apples, grapes, oranges, grapefruits, or low calorie yogart.
Exercise, plan on 30-60 minutes everyday. Walk or run some everyday, and every other day some type of core and balance exercises.
There are so many other options other than nutrisystem check out there are some great weight loss programs for losing weight. Finding the right diet for you will make all the difference.
