Don’t use that stuff, if you want to clean your system eat high fiber veggies raw for two to three days.
It’s a better and natural way that works more effectivly then that “snake oil” without all the painfull side effects.
If your cleanse contains senna, that could possibly be why. i find it very caustic and it can cause pain, gas and cramping. it can’t be for you if it makes you feel so bad.
some meds and otc drugs are designed to be taken whole. doing what you did can interfere with the absorption timing.
