My trainer put me on a strict diet and said to never take an appetite suppressant because once you decide to stop taking them, you’ll only gain more weight. I think most doctors will tell you that neither one is particularly effective, and could be dangerous for some people. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to lose weight. The best thing you can do is to exercise as much as possible, cut out processed sugar, white flour, soda pop and other junk foods, and eat a healthy diet. Not very glamorous, I know. Neither. Best way to lose weight is to do weight-bearing exercises at least 3 times a week. 2-3 reps with fairly heavy weights. Don’t waste your money on those products, brother, because I don’t believe they work as effectively as proper diet (doesn’t mean you have to starve) and exercise (cardio is good for you, but weight training will change your life, I promise).
