Is it more productive to take fat burner or an appitite suppressent?

    If you are working out take a fat burner- if you are sitting on you butt all day take an appetite suppressant.

    My trainer put me on a strict diet and said to never take an appetite suppressant because once you decide to stop taking them, you’ll only gain more weight. He told me to take the fat burners that they sell at Bally’s or 24 Hour Fitness. And because I hate to pop pills anyway, I used my own mind and bought the One A Day Weight Control. And that helped tremendously.

    If you think about it, there’s no need to an appetite suppressant. Just watch the foods that you consume.

    Both are unproductive and unhealthy. Try working with a nutritionist and a personal trainer — dieting correctly and exercising effectively are the only safe ways to lose weight.

    I think most doctors will tell you that neither one is particularly effective, and could be dangerous for some people. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to lose weight. The best thing you can do is to exercise as much as possible, cut out processed sugar, white flour, soda pop and other junk foods, and eat a healthy diet. Not very glamorous, I know. Also weight that is lost too quickly tends to come back soon, and then some. Weight that takes a little longer to lose is more apt to stay off. There are no magic pills, and this is one time when patience and hard work are the only really good answers.

    Neither. Best way to lose weight is to do weight-bearing exercises at least 3 times a week. 2-3 reps with fairly heavy weights. Don’t waste your money on those products, brother, because I don’t believe they work as effectively as proper diet (doesn’t mean you have to starve) and exercise (cardio is good for you, but weight training will change your life, I promise).
