Is green tea good if your on a diet?

    Unsweetened decaf tea is a great way to increase your fluid intake. drink often.

    Green tea is so good for you at any time! it is loaded with antioxidants and natural caffeine which is good for the heart.add a lemon or other citrus fruit if you dont like the taste.check here for more info

    It is supposed to help in weight loss and it has cancer fighting anti-oxidants, if you get the Lipton kind make sure it is sugar-free.

    Drinking several cups counts as a vegetable serving, or so I’ve read. Lemon juice, (or vinegar) is also suppose to help those trying to lose weight.

    I believe black tea has the same properties, but fewer of them.

    Yesss !!! Absolutely. You can add lemon to it, why not!? No sugar. I recommend TRIPLE LEAF TEA (brand) go to their website. I drink the ultra slimming tea right now. They have different kinds of green tea. Even DIETER’S GREEN TEA. Really, check it out. All natural tea… No preservatives etc. Green tea def speeds up your metabolism. Be careful though, sometimes its known to give gastrointestinal problems(uht oh… farts etc. haha)

    Green tea is good for weight loss. But you have to take it carefuly to avoid side effects such as stomach problems and iron deficiency.

    Best practice is not to drink green tea when you are on an empty stomach. You can read about this in the article below.

    The reason that most green tea tastes gross is because it is low grade. A high grade that is picked early tastes GREAT. It is also much better for losing weight because it contains a lot more EGCG and caffeine.
