First thing; when it comes to frozen dinners check the sodium content. They are usually extremely high. Too much sodium is not good obviously.

It’s totally unhealthy for your wallet. You can get the results you want by buying chicken or fish (and maybe some lean beef) in bulk, cooking it up, and then stashing it in the refrigerator or freezer until mealtime, when you just heat and eat. You can buy frozen vegetables to round out the meal, and heat them when you re-heat the meat.
You sound like you already have a great routine! Make sure your protein shakes have NO added sugar in them. I use plain strawberries,peaches, water, ice, and a half cup of no sugar added orange juice then add my protein powder.
Favorite breakfast: 2 egg WHITES with a piece of 8 grain bread (3 grams of fiber per one gram of sugar per slice)
And Dinner I love grilled Tilapia fish with grilled vegetables
