Nah, coffee is a good sleep killer
nope to burn fat you need to exercise by doing cardio
hmm… I think tea is a better option… tea contains zero calories as long as you ditch the sugar, milk, honey, or any add ons.
in moderation and with lil to no milks, sugars or syrups. then yes. it actually can help aid it a little. the closer to black coffee the healthier. but you need to drink alot of water. keep yourself hydrated. and you need to exercise and eat right.
I thought people who drink a cup of coffee a day burn 100 more calories. That’s just what I heard
Beware, Splenda actually makes your body so that it can’t regulate calories as well…I have no idea what that means, but it doesn’t sound good. I used to swear by splenda, but now I just use a little sugar, if any.
nope. i drink a bunch of coffee. hasn’t helped me lose weight in, like twenty years of trying.
Love the taste. Wouldn’t try it as a weight loss supplement.
Actually…. Coffee/caffeine is a stimulant, and stimulants accelerate your heart rate, and when your heart rate is accelerated you burn more calories… so I have to say yes.
There is a coffee out there infused with hoodia, which acts as an appetite suppressant. You might want to check it out here:
