Be our Biggest LOSER! The Weight Loss Challenge is a fun 12 week programme to help you reach your weight-loss goals and improve your diet and lifestyle choices. At the end of the 12 weeks, the top 3 challengers who have lost the most weight or body fat will cash przes - the biggest loser wins!

First of all height and age is recorded then you stand on the scales. Now, this isn’t just any old set of scales. This is a Body Composition Monitor. You find out your body fat%, total body water %, visceral fat%, physique rating and finally your metaboloic agse which you can compare to your actual age!

At each weight loss challenges location, they will provide the following benefits to help you reach your personal targets:

1. Professionally weighed & measured each week!

2. Advice on healthy eating and how to accelerate results!

3. A 12-Week Programme that offers excellent diet and lifestyle advice!

4. Results from our state-of-the-art body composition scales!

Each participant will be assigned their own personal weight loss coach who will give free help and advice for the duration of the course. At the end of the 12 weeks THE BIGGEST LOSER wins a cash prize.
