I am a weightlifter so is no point in having lots of muscle on you, if they are covered with fat !
Thanks for the quick answers ! :)

I need to mention that 0% carb and greent tea does not mean that i am only going to drink tea :)

    Yes

  2. Nya:

Yes but that sounds dangerously unhealthy as you need a well balanced diet and a high protein diet can lead to liver and stomach problems later.

  3. Monique:

Just keep working out, and the pounds will melt off!

  4. Justine:

    With lots of exercise, yes!

  5. Melissa:

Low carbs is good. Lots of green tea will probably dehydrate you and make you pee. That’s all.

  6. Johana:

Yeah but you need carbs to keep energy up so dont cut them completely. Everything in moderation.

  7. Katelyn:

0% of your daily allowance is never good, but yes you will lose fat

  8. Lacey:

    Yup.
But won’t it be kinda unhealthy for your body?

You can find the strength to weightlift by just drinking lots of green tea? Sounds quite hard when you’re just surviving on liquids.

  9. Rhonda:

Heres a lemonade juice fast a friend gave me. Apparently someone she knows lost 30lbs in 2 weeks with just normal daily activity. Do not eat or drink anything else besides water for 10 days on this fast. Try to use as much organic products as possible.

2 tablespoons FRESH squeezed lemon or lime juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
2 tablespoons genuine organic maple syrup, Grade B (the darker the better)*
1/10 teaspoon (a small pinch!) cayenne pepper, gradually increase (the more BTUs the better)
    300 - 500 ccm (10-14 oz) pure water
In a 300ccm (10-ounce) glass (to allow for 227ccm and mixing room): 2 tablespoons fresh (and organic, if possible) lemon or lime juice (absolutely no canned or frozen juice). 2 tablespoons real (and organic, if possible) grade B or C maple syrup. (Don’t use Grade A maple syrup or maple-flavored syrup. They are over-refined, which means that they are mostly refined sugars and lack essential minerals.) A small pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste). Spring or purified water, between room temperature and medium hot (but not cold) – fill to 1/4 liter (8 oz). Mix all the ingredients by thoroughly stirring or shaking, and drink. Or, in two 1 liter bottles: Juice of 3 lemons, divided equally between the two bottles (about 85ccm or 3 oz per bottle) An equal quantity of grade B or C maple syrup in each bottle (about 85 ccm or 3 oz per bottle) A pinch of cayenne in each bottle Spring or purified water (fill bottles to the top) Mix all the ingredients by thoroughly shaking; then drink throughout the day. Use fresh lemons or limes only, never canned or frozen lemon juice. Use organic and vine ripened when possible. Also, mix your lemonade fresh just before drinking. Don’t mix it up in the morning for the whole day. You can, however, squeeze your lemons in the morning and measure out the 2 tablespoons when needed.

You cant cut out carbs all together~
your body needs it, thats why its on of the main food groups, ever seen a food pyramid before???
they are the most important thing!

    everything in moderation!

just go to the gym everyday for 30mins, u’ll see results in less than a week!

no poiint in diets because as soon as u lose the weight and start to eat normal again, u’ll put it all back on!!

  11. Ellen:

As a weighlifter surely you know that these types of food group deprivation diets may allow for fast weight loss (a lot of it will be water and some of it your lean muscle mass unfortunately) but are terrible for your metabolism set point and overall health !! You know the recovery food ratio after a strength session is 4 to 1 carbs to protein for a reason. Protein ingested without carbohdrate is inefficent for muscle growth and repair. Lower carb nutrition with whole grains and non-processed carbs like fruits and veggies is much better for you and will yield better overall results.

  12. Cloris:

Maybe, but it will wreck your body and you will most definitely gain it all back (and maybe a bit more) when you resume normal eating.

The only way to lose weight healthily is to eat sensibly and to do cardio exercise.

  13. Lea:

A low carb/no carb diet will make you lose weight quickly, but you will also lose energy and once you stop the diet, you will put the weight right back on. A more realistic goal would be one you plan on keeping forever, such as cutting down a little on carbs.

  14. Clio:

As a weight lifter too, you need some carbs. A good diet and some cardio will help you lose some fat. As for the diet
1gram of protein for every pound you weigh (helps gain lean muscles)
10-15% of the calories you take should come from carbohydrates
To boost your metabolisum naturally eat pleanty of small meals throughout the day 5-6 meal including shakes. try like a meal every 2 hours and dont eat or take a shake 3hour prior to bedtime.
