It’s dangerous. Too much of that stuff could put u in the hospital. be careful and try 2 drink water as much as u do green tea.
Any artificial sweetener has its pros and cons. Phenylalanine is based off Aspartame, and in previous years it is a sweetener that received much scrutiny. And when Splenda (sucralose) and Ace K (a potassium-based sweetener) came along, it gave Aspartame (NutraSweet) a run for its money. And much research has gone into all the artificial sweeteners lately, and they have discovered no one is worse than the other. And that is comes down to personal choice. If you have that much concern about this sweetener, then you have a choice to continue drinking it, or minimizing your consumption…or eliminating it and switching it out for just home brewing green tea yourself and sweetening it with natural sweeteners like raw sugar (turbinado) or honey…or just even plain refined white sugar.
Again, it is all personal choice.
Its quite dangerrous. better u drink a little bit of diet tea which is contain phenylalanine, and try change ur diet tea with general tea but without put any sugar/just little spoon of sugar.
