Sodium is not all that unhealthy so long as you don’t exceed the recommended daily allowance. I love that Lipton green tea as well. If you are going to the beach or have a specific date in mind you might try this. For the long term keeping your sodium intake extremely low is just to hard and unhealthy. You should be fine, your body actually needs sodium.
