All pills are made from the original herbs, but before they leave the countries they originated in, they are sprayed with chemicals to prevent other diseases and insects from infecting them. This causes the herbs to lose 50% of their strength. Before the same herbs are allowed into this country, they are sprayed again and lose another 50%. So by the time they are made into pills they are only at one quarter strength, like Ginko Biloba which always says on the label 24%. Even green tea pills work the same way. Why don’t you just drink green tea that you can get at almost any Oriental store for the full benefit?
