How much green tea do you need to drink to lose weight?

I want to lose 3 pounds in the next 18 days…I am very thin but my problem area is my inner theighs. I have tried just increaseing my exercising and nothing is working so i guess that means its time to go on a diet…
How much green tea do you need to drink for weight loss? I’ve heard 5 cups- but thats A LOT of caffeen! caffeene is bad for you, and it gives me headaches. I like the taste of steeped green tea with nothing added but i dont know how much of it I’ll have to drink

    Drink water, and fitness. I can easily loose 3 pounds in 2 weeks just eating healthy on a traditional diet.

    Hmmm green tea…. Well you can burn 3 pounds off by just sitting in the sauna its a good way to detox but it wont be permanent loss . Overall your body will decide where the weight is going to go and what goes first i would increase your cardio workout but loading up on green tea may not work because basically studies have shown that caffeine helps in weight loss but it puts you at risk of other things like heart attack heart disease constipation etc so I would just start doing more cardio at an intense level

    I wouldnt count on Green Tea for weight loss. However, drinking a cup or two a day can help boost metabolism if you are currently dieting and exercising.

    In my experience, Green Tea gave me slight insomnia, but I was guzzling the stuff. Stick to drinking it earlier in the day, and dont drink more than 4 or 5 cups. You certainly can drink more, but you said you get headaches, and it might take your body a while to get used to (certainly longer than 18 days).

    You cannot lose weight by drinking green alone. you have to diet somewhat and exercise. if you do some form of aerobics for at least a half hour everyday, and you eat a healthy diet you could lose mor than 3 pounds in 18 days.
