This product does not have the same caffeine as soda’s. It is a natural caffeine that comes from Green Tea. Green Tea is strong in EGCG which like caffeine, is good for the metabolism. To answer your question, there is roughly 30mg of caffeine in a 17.5oz bottle. This is equivalent to about 1/5 a cup of coffee, so not a whole lot.
