    As soon as you stop taking hoodia you will get even fatter, that how diet pills work. Exercise everyday an ditch the hoodia.

    Before I answer the question about exercising, I want to clear up some confusion regarding what hoodia can and cannot do.

    Hoodia diet pills have the potential to do one thing and one thing only - suppress appetite. I say potential because not everyone responds to it. The only way hoodia supplements have a chance at suppressing appetite is if you take hoodia diet pills that contain authentic hoodia gordonii AND if you take enough on a daily basis.

    What hoodia diet pills can’t do is magically lose the weight for you. You still need to maintain a healthy diet and exercise so I’m glad to hear you’re exercising while taking hoodia!

    How much you jog depends totally on what your goals are. You don’t provide enough information in your question to give you a specific answer, but here are some suggestions to get you started.

    Depending on how much weight you have to lose, you may need to exercise as much as five times per day (20-30 minutes per session). But if you’re not terribly overweight and you’re very disciplined with your diet, then you may be able to get by with 3 times per week. There are just too many specifics I don’t know about your personal situation to give you a real good answer.

    The good news is you can actually figure it out yourself by monitoring your own progress. If you’re jogging 5 times per week, 20-30 minutes per session, and you’re not losing any weight, then you may need to increase the amount of time per session as well as the intensity. You may also have to work on your diet.

    I would recommend that you keep a journal of what you’re eating and doing in terms of exercise and monitor your weight loss progress. That’s the best way to determine how much jogging you need to do - regardless if you’re taking hoodia or not!
