You should drink 3 cups of hot green tea aday. My mom has lost 2 pant sizes in 2 months.
2-6 would be great, but build up gradually, otherwise you might get jittery, or have to make a lot of trips to the restroom. Also you might try not putting anything in the tea, artificial sweeteners are not good for you body.
