Been There Twice asked: I’ve read that, in its pure form, hoodia is a very effective appetite suppressant. How good are the supplements that are available in the US? Please answer only if you have direct experience and can name brands and dosage.

I tried it and didn’t work for me.
TrimSpa is great. You have to follow a good eating and exercise plan and eliminate refined carbs and sugars out of your diet. Increasing fiber will help too, fiber from psyllium and such will help a lot too.
Good luck. I have tried a similar product to TrimSpa it works really well. Just don’t add products that will raise your blood pressure to it.
