Tatum asks: I don’t have the funds to join Weight Watchers right now, perhaps in the next month or so. But I’d really like to know how many points I should be eating in a day to maintain and also to
lose weight. Is there a free website where I could plug in my info and find out? Thanks.

The chart above is out of date. The newer version of dail points target is based on a series of questions you answer, based on sex, age, height, weight, activity level etc.
There is no free website for that information - not that I would trust anyway since the information is copywrighted by WW and should no legally be shared to someone not paying for WW.

the points you have per day goes by how much you weight!
