To be honest, you can’t. Jenny Craig is where they deliver food to you and you’re parents WILL see prepackaged food.
You can’t. But you should really sit down with your parents and tell them how you feel. I’m happy to see that you’re interested in a healthy eating plan, and I think that will make them happy too. Just choose the right time - when they’re fairly relaxed, and open by saying that you’re tired of being overweight and unhealthy, and you’d like their help in doing something about it. Be open without being accusatory or confrontational, and I’ll bet they’ll help.
You’re too young to order Jenny Craig and you’re also too young to be obsessed with your body image. Don’t think of your parents as the enemy or people you need to hide things from. They want you to be healthy and to make good choices. If you want to lose weight, let them help you.
You are too young to need the Jenny Craig program. If you want to lose weight, eat healthy foods (and make sure you eat enough, or else your metabolism will be messed up), and get lots of exercise (take up a sport, or go for jogs).
