Eat less food - Eating one steak a day instead of two is much better. But, if losing weight quickly and being healthy is important to you, then why not cut it down to way less then one steak a day? Just eat a quarter of that steak. By eating in portions, you will be able to stop gaining fat. If you’re still hungry, fill up on other foods. There are many other less fatty foods to eat.
