I contacted Jenny Craig, gave them my history with sodium problems — they will NOT sign me up.

Check the labels on the foods for sodium content as it is very high. Heart patients also should be aware

I tried jenny craig, ages ago, paying a considerable amount of money, yet found more and more money needed to be outlayed on usual groceries, food and etc. For me….it did NOT work!
