Has anyone tried these colon cleansing products? Colonmate from colonmate.com or dual action cleanse. Ive tried colonmate but never dual..let me know if anyone has tried it for constipation or IBS. Colonmate is ok but I am looking for something a bit more stronger.

    There is NO reason for anyone to need to clean out their colon.

    The colon cleans itself and naturally eliminates wastes.

    If you buy wierd, oddball, “colon-cleansing” products, you’re an idiot and you’re going to be ripped off.

    Don’t bother. Just eat a diet rich in fiber, that is the best thing.
