I take green tea supplements 750mg and they helped me loose a stubborn 5 pounds. Long time ago, I tried the apple cider and it made me literally sick! Don’t do that one!

all these diets are worthless
the only way to loss wt is to eat less and exercise more
try oatmeal or cereal for morning
t.v dinner for lunch and supper
snack fruit or veggies
no sugars ,no pop ect ect unless diet
The acids in the cider vinegar will make your joints ache more. they did with me anyhow. I just eat half what I normally eat and do light exercise, to keep the weight down. Have you tried rubbing your muscles and joints with Movelat gel prior to exercise, i find this helps. You can get it on prescription from the doctors.
