Has anyone lost A LOT of weight on Nutrisystem?

Hi I’m looking to lose about 50 pounds but don’t know what to try yet. Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, abs diet? I know I need exercise and lots of water but I’m trying to figure out what diet plan to go on. Anyone had any success in losing a lot of weight on nutrisystem or any other plan for that matter? If so, how many pounds and in what amount of time? Thanks for any help!

    I lost weight and very easily on jenny craig…went from 120 to 97!!

    I would go for the abs diet, I’ve heard it’s really good. I haven’t tried it yet myself, but I’ve heard so many great things about it. I also know people that have done really good on nutrisystem, I just can’t afford that.

    I had NutriSystem auto shipped for 3 months…I gained weight..the food is all carb based and it is Terrible!

    I had 2 sealed boxes that I passed on to family members and not one of them lost weight on it!

    However, I have a Dr’s plan that is so simple…It is 3 days on and 4 days off! If you want to email me, I will give you the breakdown. It’s all normal food and a good amount of it! It’s not one of those Starvation diets! It will work after the 2nd week into it! I lost 10 lbs after 2 weeks! It’s safe enough to do it long term!

    Hi - I went from 168 to 129 on Nutrisystem. (lost babyweight) I think its a great diet!!! However, it is kinda pricey. Most of the food is great, but some isn’t.

    I started Weight Watchers at the end of June 2006 and as of now I’ve lost about 45 pounds. Most of that I’d lost by December of 2006, and have been in a bit of a plateau, but I also know I haven’t been following the plan as well as I should… BUT I’ve maintained and haven’t gained anything back during that time either.

    It’s been the best plan I’ve found. I love that it teaches you to eat smaller portions and how to prepare healthier meals.
