It’s not expensive….but….yuk on the taste….everything is so processed and full of chemicals….and you have to call them to cancel otherwise they just keep sending and billing your credit card!
Yeah i have tried it, the food is gross and the reason you lose weight is cause they starve you. the portions are very small and yes for what it is very expensive…….
A few of my co-workers are on the NutriSystem diet - they both love it & have lost weight. One had to stop as the food is very high in sodium.
Yup i tried it..they send your food directly to your home in a HUGE box.
it DOES work…it’s the best thing i’ve ever tried to drop some pounds. but the food isn’t all that great…some of it i did like though…the cereal was yummy and so were the desserts! chocolate!!! i always looked forward to dessert.
i’ts better to order it over the phone and actually speak to someone than ordering it online.
they send you food for 4 weeks…and they give you an extra week free of food if it’s your first time ordering. it’s about $300 and i believe that it’s the same amout of money you’d spend a month on groceries just for yourself. it’s worth every penny!
you WILL lose weight it!!! i wish everyone who is trying to lose weight would try nutrisystem…the first couple days will be tough b/c you feel like your being starved. but if your really commited to it and stick to it, you will drop pounds like it’s nothing! just DON’T CHEAT!!!
and even after your done with the program, you’ll have learned a lot about portion control and you’ll be more aware of what your eating.
you just have to provide your own snacks, like fruit, milk, yogurt.
trust me! it WORKS!!!
