Yeah it does work along with excercise. I lost a pound from drinking three cups of green tea, eating only whole wheat bread or tortilla, alot of fruits and vegetables (apples, oranges and green veggies are the best) and running. Green tea raises your metabolism but you will loose weight faster if you also excercise.
It kinda works it really depends. But for people who are still growing you need a 3 meals a day with all the nutrition you need. Dont go on a diet jo jo, cause i know ur a freshman. And chances are ur just stressin over your body compared to the twig girls. be happy.
